ROLE DESCRIPTIONTim Thomas Insurance Agency, Inc. is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Customer Account Representative, you will assist customers in identifying their everyday risk and matching our products to those needs. This includes risk associated with the Car, Home, Life and Health Insurance. Our goal is to make sure customers, and their families are protected against the risk of everyday life while building long lasting client relationships. As the Customer Account Representative, you will be trained to identify those risk and properly address them with clients.We are a small local office in the office Albany area. We have a great team of positive uplifting members focusing meeting customer needs in a fast-paced office environment. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You have the opportunity to increase your income from commission and various optional bonuses. throughout the year.If you are energetic, positive, goal-oriented, sales-minded and a people person, we need you to be a part of our team!   • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent People Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Keyboard skills and a working knowledge of computers.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is not required but a plus!
  • Prior insurance experience is a huge plus but not a must!

Compensation $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
